This is a limited design only service that provides you with a detailed cottage design plan that you can implement on your own.

  • After your first meeting, your designer will work behind-the-scenes preparing your design plan, sourcing your specific materials and building a video presentation for the final plan.

  • You have the option to purchase any new items from your favorite retail store yourself or order custom pieces through your designer.

  • You have access to unique unavailable-to-the-public pieces through our own custom trade vendors.

  • You have the flexibility to create a design plan and then, using that plan as your guide, implement the project whenever your budget and time allows.

Just the Design Plan is great for anyone who:

  • Needs a ton of help (like whole house, whole first floor or entire home of window treatments etc.).

  • Can’t make decisions.

  • Struggles with tech and email.

  • Needs elevations, renderings, revisions, project management, accessories and styling.

  • Aren’t comfortable reaching out to trades and relaying your design ideas.

  • Extensive behind-the-scenes work to source and prepare your design plan including floor plans and source list

  • Room measuring and photography guides, paint finish and styling tips, artwork hanging guidelines
