Our full service plan includes a design questionnaire to identify your preferences, a mood board visualizing your design direction, a detailed design plan, order placement if required, invoicing, shipping tracking and white glove delivery scheduling.

OUR PROCESS
STEP ONE - Purchase our Full Service Design Package
STEP TWO - Gather the necessary information (see below) and send it to us.
STEP THREE - Hold a kickoff meeting call to discuss your vision.
STEP FOUR - A mood board is created based on your vision & sent to you for review.
STEP FIVE - Your feedback is emailed back to us.
STEP SIX - An initial design plan is created based on your feedback & sent to you for review.
STEP SEVEN - Your first revisions are emailed back to us.
STEP EIGHT - Design plan is updated with your revisions and sent back to you.
STEP NINE - Your second revisions are emailed back to us.
STEP TEN - Final plan created and sent to you.

Photos of all your spaces. Title the picture and what it is showing. (Ex: “wall to the right of the fireplace”)

REVISION PROCESS
Collaboration and clear communication are key.
You’ll have 2 opportunities to revise and edit your design plan within the flat design fee. Further revisions will add additional costs, so aim to make all your revisions together, rather than in multiple emails. Part of the revision process will include filling out a revision request document. This helps us keep track of the changes so that nothing gets dropped between the cracks.
When making your revisions consider the following points.
1. Review design proposals thoroughly. When we present your design proposal, take your time to review them meticulously. While aesthetics are significant, don't overlook functionality in your review. Pay attention to all the details and imagine how the scheme will be used on a daily basis.
2. Return honest feedback: Throughout the design process, make it a point to share your honest feedback with us. We want to hear what you love and what you don’t. If something doesn't resonate with you, don’t be afraid to express your concerns as specifically as you can. Tell us why you like or don’t like something. Constructive criticism helps shape the space to align with your preferences, creating a better end result.
